Click on “Register & Generate Form” button at the end of Instructions.

Enter your Mobile Number and birth date and Click on Continue 

Now new page is opening.

Fill all Details in a form.

·         Name of Secretariat : Jilla Panchayat / Education ( be manthi ek lakhvu)

·         Department : Education Department

·         Name of Office :  School's Name 

·         Office Address :  School's Address 

·         Name &designation of  Head of Office , Contact Number and Email : School's Principal Name, If you are a Principal write your Pay centre Pricipal's Name

·         Name Of Employee : your Name 

·         Designation : Teacher

·         CPF Account No. : Write CPF No. ( If you are a GPF Employee put GPF No. )

·         Date of Birth, Age , Sex ( Male/Female)

·         Marital Status : Married /Unmarried

·         An applicant has to pay the fees of Rs. 200 for Theory & Practical both (or)

o    Original Copy of Challan(Depositor Copy).

Steps for CCC EXAM Fee Payment Instructions

Step – 1: Click the following Link and then select Gujarat in State and Educational Institutions in

Type of Corporate then click on Go Button.

Step – 2: After click on the go, Select Gujarat Technological University then click on Submit Button.

Step – 3: Provide all the details of payment as below and then click on Submit Button.

Step – 4: Verify the details and confirm the transactions then click on confirm button.

Step – 5: Select the Payment Category by Debit Card or Credit Card or SBI Branch for Cash payment.

Step – 6: If you select SBI Branch option for Cash payment, then take the printouts of Pre

Acknowledgment form using click on ”Click here to save the Pre-Acknowledgement Form in PDF”.

Step – 7: Then print the Depositor copy and pay the necessary fees in any SBI Branch.

Step – 8: Write Journal No (starts with DU)in CCC online registration form and then save and print

the CCC Registration Application.

Step – 9: Send Application Printout with original challan copy and required documents to Gujarat

Technological University.

મોબાઈલ નંબર વગર વોટ્સએપ કઈ રીતે વાપરશો?

વોટ્સએપનો ઉપયોગ કરવા માટે મોબાઈલ નંબર જરૂરી હોય છે. પરંતુ તેના કારણે ક્યારેક જો તમે ગ્રુપમાં ચેટ કરતા હો તો તમારો નંબર અજાણ્યા લોકોને પણ ડિસ્પ્લે થાય છે. જેના કારણે ખાસ કરીને ગર્લ્સને પ્રોબ્લેમ થતા હોય છે. આવું ન થાય તેના માટે આપ નીચે દર્શાવેલી ટ્રિક યૂઝ કરી શકો છો.
1. જો તમે પહેલાથી જ વોટ્સએપ વાપરતા હો તો તેને તમારા ફોનમાંથી અનઈન્સ્ટોલ કરી નાખો.

2. વોટ્સએપને ફરીથી ડાઉનલોડ કરો.

3. હવે તમારા ફોનને ફ્લાઈટ મોડ પર મુકી દો જેથી તમને કોઈ મેસેજ ન મળી શકે અને ત્યારબાદ વોટ્સએપને ઓપન કરો અને તમારો મોબાઈલ નંબર તેમાં એડ કરો. આમ કરવાથી વોટ્સએપનું સર્વર આપને મેસેજ નહીં મોકલી શકે અને તમારો મોબાઈલ નંબર વેરિફાઈ નહીં થઈ શકે.

4. હજુ સુધી તમારૂં વેરિફિકેશન ન થયું હોવાના કારણે વોટ્સએપ તમને અલ્ટરનેટિવ મેથડથી વેરિફિકેશન માટે જણાવશે. આ વખતે તમે 'વેરિફાય થ્રૂ SMS' ઓપ્શન સિલેક્ટ કરો અને તેમાં તમારૂં ઈમેલ આઈડી નાખો. ત્યારબાદ કેન્સલ ઓપ્શન સિલેક્ટ કરો. આમ કરવાથી તમે ઓર્થોરાઈઝેશન પ્રોસેસને અટકાવી શકશો.

5. આટલું કર્યા પછી તમારે જો તમે એન્ડ્રોઈડ ફોન વાપરતા હો તો સ્પૂફ ટેક્સ્ટ મેસેજ અને આઈફોનમાં ફેક-અ-મેસેજ ઈન્સ્ટોલ કરવાનો રહેશે. તેનેhttps://play.google.com/store /apps/details?id=com.gtrsolutions. spoof&hl=en પરથી ડાઉલોડ કરી શકાય છે.

6. હવે આઉટબોક્સમાં જાઓ. સ્પૂફ એપ્લિકેશનમાં મેસેજની ડિટેઈલ્સ કોપી કરો અને તેને સ્પૂફ્ડ વેરિફિકેશનને સેન્ડ કરો.

7. તમારે આ ડિટેઈલ્સ તમારા સ્પૂફ્ડ મેસેજમાં યૂઝ કરવી પડશે. To: +4479000347295, from +(કન્ટ્રી કોડ) (મોબાઈલ નંબર) અને આ મેસેજમાં તમે તમારો ઈમેલ એડ્રેસ લખી શકશો. આટલું કરવાથી તમે ઈમેલ એડ્રેસથી વોટ્સેપ યૂઝ કરી શકશો.

1. Click on "Register" button at the end of Instructions
2. Fill all information in the form and click on “Register & Generate Form” button.
3. Check your photo, Application No and Barcode then print the generated form.
4. You can fill challan details afterwards by Login till last date.
5. Submit filled form with attestation and attachment to GTU before Last Date of Hard copy submission. If you send incomplete form to GTU, it will be rejected.

Registration will be open for first 5000 candidates in Phase - 2.

Instruction

1. An applicant has to fill correct data so that Exam Centres and Hall Ticket can be alloted correctly.
2. An applicant has to pay the fees of Rs. 200 for Theory & Practical both (or)
   Rs.100 for Theory only (or) 
   Rs.100 for Practical only in any SBI branch.
   Please read carefully Fee Payment instruction.
3. To make online payment through the link given below use your Application number as Registration number.
4. Please write SBI collect reference number in text-box of Challan/transaction number(Starts with "DU"). Please write "SBI" as branch name in case of debit/credit/internet banking payment.

5. In case of debit/credit/internet banking payment E-receipt of transaction must be attach with the application, and in case of cash payment please attach Depositor copy of challan. Please keep one copy(Xerox) with you for further reference.
6. Please attach photo Id proof document with the application, otherwise your application will be rejected.
7. Application form has to be filled up online & the printout duly signed by the candidate and Head Of Department with Stamp.
8. Candidate has to submit the application form along with fees challan(Depositor Copy) to GTU on or before 25th August. 2014.
9. Venue of Exam will be announced on our web-site: ccc.gtu.ac.in
10. An applicant must submit their application in GTU personally or send to GTU via Post to "The Registrar, Gujarat Technological University Nr.Vishwakarma Government Engineering College Nr.Visat Three Roads, Visat - Gandhinagar Highway Chandkheda, Ahmedabad – 382424 - Gujarat”.
11. GTU is not responsible for any postal delay.
12. Application received after Last Date of Submit will be Rejected.
