Open this site http://ccc.gtu.ac.in/

Click on “Register & Generate Form” button at the end of Instructions.

Enter your Mobile Number and birth date and Click on Continue 

Now new page is opening.

Fill all Details in a form.

·         Exam type : BOTH

·         Name of Secretariat : Jilla Panchayat / Education ( be manthi ek lakhvu)

·         Department : Education Department

·         Name of Office :  School's Name 

·         Office Address :  School's Address 

·         Name &designation of  Head of Office , Contact Number and Email : School's Principal Name, If you are a Principal write your Pay centre Pricipal's Name

·         Name Of Employee : your Name 

·         Designation : Teacher

·         CPF Account No. : Write CPF No. ( If you are a GPF Employee put GPF No. )

·         Date of Birth, Age , Sex ( Male/Female)

·         Marital Status : Married /Unmarried

·         Weather you are Promoted Higer Scale :  Jo tame 6 mahina ma Uchchtar Pagar dhoran ma aavata ho to Applicable athva Not Applicable

·         Date of Joining : 1. In Govt. Service, 2. Department aa banne ma Khata ma dakhal tarikh lakhvi.

·         Date of Retirement : Write Retirement Date 

·         Address : Write full Address 

For Payment 

·         An applicant has to pay the fees of Rs. 200 for Theory & Practical both (or)
Rs.100 for Theory only (or) 
Rs.100 for Practical only in any SBI branch.

·         Before you Fill up form Please keep Passport Photographs in your Computer ( Size 16 kb)

·         Please attach photo Id proof document with the application, otherwise your application will be rejected.

·         Please verify before printing that Barcode and Photo is properly displayed or not.

1. Your submission must have.

o    Application Printout, with proper Attestation of candidate and Head Of Department with Stamp.

o    Original Copy of Challan(Depositor Copy).

o    Photo ID proof (Voter card/Driving license/ PAN card/Passport/Adhar Card) any one.

Steps for CCC EXAM Fee Payment Instructions

Step – 1: Click the following Link and then select Gujarat in State and Educational Institutions in

Type of Corporate then click on Go Button.

Step – 2: After click on the go, Select Gujarat Technological University then click on Submit Button.

Step – 3: Provide all the details of payment as below and then click on Submit Button.

Step – 4: Verify the details and confirm the transactions then click on confirm button.

Step – 5: Select the Payment Category by Debit Card or Credit Card or SBI Branch for Cash payment.

Step – 6: If you select SBI Branch option for Cash payment, then take the printouts of Pre

Acknowledgment form using click on ”Click here to save the Pre-Acknowledgement Form in PDF”.

Step – 7: Then print the Depositor copy and pay the necessary fees in any SBI Branch.

Step – 8: Write Journal No (starts with DU)in CCC online registration form and then save and print

the CCC Registration Application.

Step – 9: Send Application Printout with original challan copy and required documents to Gujarat

Technological University.
